When purchasing a new car, especially a luxury
item such as a Cadillac XLR, it is the knowledge
of
the salesperson and service after the sale
that is the most important element in my decision
as to where I will make
the purchase. I applaud
Allen Kulbersh for his professional manner before, during,
and after the sale. He does not
sell automobiles,
he establishes relationships. I remain such a
loyal Steve Foley Cadillac customer
because of

"This was a totally new experience for me, there is a Cadillac dealer 6 miles from my house, but went 50
miles to purchase my XLR. I went to the local dealer and asked to speak with a salesperson that had at least 5 years experience.
I asked him for information regarding the XLR. The salesperson advised me that he did said he did not have anything to give
me, but would mail it to me when he gets it.
At the 2002 Chicago Autoshow I met Allen at the Cadillac display.
Granted there was no XLR on display I had an hour long conversation about the vehicle. I ordered my XLR the following week.
Eighteen months later Allen invited me to see his first XLR come off the carrier. Upon the arrival of my XLR Allen
took me for a short drive. I was given everything from the XLR DVD to additional information to read before I took ownership
of my XLR. Once I took delivery Allen spent well over two hours with my wife and myself teaching us about the XLR.
The information Allen provided allowed me to get excited about my new vehicle. By the way, I'm still waiting for the materials
that were to be sent to me from the dealer six miles from my house".

specialist, continued to send me information about every step of the XLR process from build to arrival.
Allen,
took the time to have my navigation addresses, radio and XM stations pre programed in to the XLR before I ever took ownership.
I am in awe of the time that was taken to make sure I knew every aspect of my XLR and that I was completely satisfied.
I wish more Cadillac dealers could emulate how I was treated throughout the XLR experience"

"I own a Jaguar, Corvette and a few other
vehicles. I was looking
for some thing
more Flashy than my C5 Corvette. My dealer
told me the new C6 vette was going to be
delayed
due to the new Cadillac roadster.
I was intrigued to learn more and heard
about the Adaptive cruise control on
the
XLR and thought and was amazed.
I ordered the XLR and was advised there
would be a 2 year wait.
Honestly, I was
a bit dissapointed that I would have to
wait so long. Allen made that time pass
much quicker
as he sent me various screens
from Cadillac that kept me abreast as to
the progress of my XLR. In addition, I
received photos from autoshows through
out the country.
The person that buys this type of car can
purchase any type of car they want. The driver
of an XLR wants to be treated with trust~
and I trust Allen. The
excitement he created
for me only increased my anticipation to take
delivery of my XLR. I live within walking
distance to another Cadillac dealer, but will
continue to see Allen because of the way he
has taken care of
me
My daughter lives in a different state and
has not had good luck with various dealers.
I will definately
be calling Allen to assist
with the purchase of a new vehicle for her. ".

"When I mentioned
to Allen that I wanted one of the Neiman Marcus XLR's and would try to call in and get one of the Pin #'s, he said he was
working on a special call in program. When the day arrived I sat by the phone and kept trying to get through to the special
Neiman Marcus XLR call in phone number and was put on hold.
I had already given my Power of Attorney for Allen
and his staff to act on my behalf and try to get me one of the 99 available Pin #'s. I was speechless when my phone rang and
the voice on the other end said 'Mr. Langer this is the Cadillac Neiman Marcus XLR headquarters and we would like to verify
your awarded Pin #. While I was on hold, Allen's staff had been able to get through and reserve a Pin # for me.
When
the XLR carrier pulled up in front of Steve Foley Cadillac almost 12 months later I was there waiting. I was so excited when
Allen invited me to see my XLR being unloaded from the XLR truck. Cadillac was there filming the event since the entire truck
filled with NM Edition XLR's were for Allen's customers.
I was so excited to be standing next to my own NM Edition
while it was still on the trucks exit ramps, this is an experience I will never forget. Over the next ten days while my XLR
and the others were being set up for the big delivery event, I stopped by 14 times just to see my baby.
When I
took delivery of my XLR from Allen, I told him this was going to be an every day car for me, I was not going to just use it
on weekends. I said I would divide my driving time between my 911 Carrara and my Escalade.
Thirteen thousand miles
later I got rid of my Porsche since I never wanted to drive it and I continued to drive the XLR throughout the entire winter.

"I had a XLR on order when Bob, my husband,
said lets go see Allen at Steve Foley XLR
to look at other colors of the XLR. I said
Bob, why do we need to look at other colors
if our car is already
on order? I decided
to go and humor him. When we arrived Allen
had the carrier open the back end, I said,
oh there is someone elses XLR in my color.
That is when Allen said congratulations,
that is your XLR"
